Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility and ease of use of the CR series, CR20A raises the payload limit to 20 kg, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a 1700 mm reach, CR20A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
CR20A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing several end tools to be connected directly. It also has a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive recognition of the operating status.
CR20A has a reach of 1700 mm and a maximum payload of 20 kg. Thanks to an improved motion control algorithm, CR20A runs more stably, and residual vibration during high-speed emergency braking is reduced by 50%.
24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR20A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly with PLC. It has 24 digital IO ports with industry leading support for PNP and NPN switching to expand applications with ease.
High protection rating for safer collaboration
Both the robot body and the control box achieve a high IP54 protection rating. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically sounds an alarm. CR20A also features innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop distance of the end tool in case of a power failure.
