High efficiency with dual vacuum cups
It supports a dual vacuum cup mode that can pick two boxes at once for palletizing, reaching up to 13 pcs/min and increasing efficiency by up to 62.5%.
Visual configuration process
The process package comes with a guided configuration interface and 3D display, allowing you to quickly set up boxes, pallets and stacking patterns with real-time visualisation in a 3D preview window, making the whole application configuration simple and clear.
Supports configuring box transition and target points
It supports setting the box palletizing point and transition point, which reduces the impact of box size variation and pallet height differences without reserving excessive clearance for the box, making stacks more compact. The palletizing point and transition point can be set individually for each box, making configuration more flexible.
Flexible pattern configuration
It supports customising the box palletizing sequence and 8 box infeed directions, suitable for complex palletizing scenarios.
Supports interlayer sheets
In response to the needs of the food and beverage industry, the process package adds support for picking and placing interlayer sheets during palletizing to improve stack stability. Setting up the interlayer pick-and-place function is simple and takes only three steps: setting the sheet pick point, transition point and place point.
