Collaborative robot
Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility and ease of use of the CR series, CR3A raises the payload limit to 3 kg, opening up a wider range of collaborative robot applications. With a 620 mm reach, CR3A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
CR3A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing several end tools to be connected directly. It also has a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive recognition of the operating status.
CR3A has a reach of 620 mm and a maximum payload of 3 kg. Thanks to an improved motion control algorithm, CR3A runs more stably, and residual vibration during high-speed emergency braking is reduced by 50%.
24 interface ports for greater flexibility
CR3A supports the Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly to PLCs. It has 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading PNP and NPN switching support for easy application expansion.
High protection rating for safer collaboration
Both the robot body and the control box achieve a high IP54 protection rating. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically sounds an alarm. CR3A also features innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop distance of the end tool in case of a power failure.
